Okay, I've not really posted on this subject yet, just told some of my peeps; but when I got back from my annual Easter weekend retreat, my landlord informed me that he had decided sans-warning to oust us all and sell the house I've lived in these past two-plus years. Technically he has to give us 30 days, but he 'strongly encourages' us to be out by the first so he doesn't have to pro-rate our rent, etc etc. Nice.
